Administrator 1 yr Fixed Term (Hybrid)

We are recruiting for a business based in Newark for an experienced Administrator on a 1 year fixed term contract to cover for Maternity.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days office, 2 days home on a full time 37hr working week.

Salary is depending on experience.

You will be part of a team supporting the projects team which will include directors, project leads and associated teams. We are looking for someone who is an experienced Administrator so you can hit the ground running.

Skills/Qualities required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Sharepoint and general CRM/Databases
* Comfortable in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communicator and comfortable communicating with people inside and outside of the business at different levels

Day to Day duties
* Organising project meetings
* Administration support to projects
* Travel arrangements where necessary
* Document control
