Admin Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client for a part time administration assistant role here in Hykeham. You must be confident and able to work in a small onsite team. The hours are Monday & Tuesdays 8am-4pm

As an Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Processing client orders
General administrative duties
Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing confidently and effectively with clients, product providers and third parties with professional and effective communication skills
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors

The ideal Administrator will have:

Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Flexibility and understand the needs of working in a small team
You will also need to be confident with social media
