Accounts Administrator

Full time Administrator
My client in Lincoln is looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join their Chartered Accountancy firm on a full-time basis. They are a company with an excellent reputation in the world of accounting.

Main responsibilities:
– Working with external agencies to provide admin support
– Archive management
– Typing letters, correspondence and accounts
– First point of contact for visitors on reception
– Receiving phone calls and actioning as necessary
– Taking payments
– General admin tasks

For this role you will need to be/have:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent telephone etiquette
– IT literate with experience in a good number of programmes including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
– Excellent time management
– Good attention to detail
– The ability to work to tight deadlines
– Good teamworking skills but also have initiative to work by independently
– 2 years + admin experience is essential for this role
– GCSE English and Maths grade 4 + (or equivalent)
– You will also need a full driving license as the role will require visiting other branches/storage site

Salary is competitive, subject to experience
The role is Monday – Friday, office hours
