Accounts/Administration (Xero experience, part time) Lincoln
My Client is based in Lincoln close to the town centre, I am looking for a part time accounts assistant administrator who has experience and working knowledge of using xero accounting system
Then position is part time 3/4 days a week with one of those days being a Friday
Role will involve

 Answer the phone quickly (ideally within 3 ring cycles), log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
 If possible, answer or facilitate any customer or supplier queries
 Majority of communication with customers and field force via email – Outlook.
 Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
 Initiate invoices, purchase orders payments inwards as required, utilising ‘XERO Accounts package’
 Maintain and update financial reports using spreadsheets and ‘XERO’ account package to monitor, update and pursue aged debtors.
 Maintain VAT spreadsheets
 Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications.
 Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist customers and enable effective customer service operations.
 Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist in monitoring of suppliers.
 Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
 Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management as specified in the ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 manual procedures.
 Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, laminator, calculator, shredding machine and photocopy machine.
 Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
 Maintain confidentially between customers, suppliers and any external personal always.
 Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance in the role.
This is a role has become available due to retirement, there will be a hand over period, my Client is a privately owned business, that are a specialist within their field, due to the size of the business flexibility and a can-do attitude will be essential
The position may lead to full time eventually so please do bear this in mind when applying
