Account Mgr/Customer Service Advisor

My Client is looking for an amazing talent to join their team. If you have a passion for Sales and customer service skills this could be the role for you! A Monday – Friday role in a great team, you must hold a full UK driving Licence as over time you will be driving to visit clients.
You must be able to deliver a first-class service to both new and existing clients. within a business where honesty, integrity, and trust are at the heart of their values and to deliver a service they are famous for.
As a Customer Services Adviser within a small team, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork, Making sure customers are always happy. Providing administrative support, handle enquiries with confidence, paperwork, sales tasks and general adhoc admin all with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm. It would be a great advantage to have an interest in agriculture and the desire to go the extra mile. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and use your own judgement, have strong attention to details and be highly organised, prompt and able to work to deadlines.
