You'll be required to:
Develop and implement Paid Social and SEO strategies that help my clients business hit their targets on a wide range of platforms.
Manage client relationships and collaborate with other members of the team to ensure our clients' campaigns are optimised to perform at the maximum level.
My client is an eCommerce agency that specialises in SEO, PPC and Lifecycle Marketing. their goal is to improve our clients' visibility on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, engage their customers, and increase their sales. They work with mid-sized eCommerce businesses throughout the UK.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:
Actively communicating with clients, ensuring that they receive frequent updates on how their campaigns are performing, sharing new creatives and ideas for feedback as well as reporting on monthly, quarterly and yearly metrics.
Managing Google Ads accounts and running Shopping and Search Ad campaigns.
Using Meta/Facebook Business Manager to effectively run social media campaigns for a wide range of clients.
Building and maintaining relationships with agency clients through face-to-face, zoom, telephone and written contact.
You’ll be actively involved in pitching PPC services to prospective clients, so an interest in sales and bringing on new business is desirable.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
2+ years of experience actively managing Paid Media campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram Ads (agency experience preferred but not essential)
Experience managing Google Ads accounts and campaigns (Essential)
Experience with eCommerce Social Ads (Preferred)
Experience in using Photoshop / InDesign (Preferred)
A desire to learn about broader marketing platforms and Ad networks to further your skills and knowledge
Experience with Amazon Ads – a bonus!

Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break (4pm finish on a Friday)
