We are recruiting for a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Administrator to join our client who are based between Newark and Sleaford.
This is a full time permanent role with a competitive salary along side great working conditions, 25 days holiday plus stats.
This is a key role of the business. You will work cross functionally with different areas of the business to ensure all administrative functions are operating effectively and sustainable business growth occurs.  
Key duties:
Dealing and creating contracts and ensuring information is kept up to date.
Daily Checks – Check each operatives forms, files and notes and input data into spreadsheet and communicate with department previous days findings.
Hotels – book weekly accommodation and liaise with the relevant staff regarding hotels, travel and vehicles.
Pre plan Engineer diary’s and oversee daily running of engineers
Order plant/access equipment; and that it is on site the day before works is planned to commence.
You will be joining a very friendly and hard working team. We are looking for someone who can build rapport with people over the phone, be organised and adaptable. You also need to thrive in a busy environment.
